📋 Description

• Establish master COGS architecture with BOM-level cost tracking as the financial truth.
• Deliver a rolling 12-month forecast across the business by December 2026.
• Build enterprise labor allocation for hardware and software engineering; track by program.
• Lead Go/No-Go analyses for new launches; include BOM economics, capitalization, and logistics.
• Own the software R&D capitalization strategy; set policy and ROI alignment.
• Leverage Snowflake data to drive two monthly margin-improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years FP&A experience with hardware engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with financial emphasis.
• Deep COGS and BOM analysis; R&D capitalization; SaaS/connected device metrics.
• Experience with hardware product development cycles from concept to launch; milestone spend modeling.
• Experience with software product development teams: capitalization policy, sprint-to-quarter reconciliation, ROI.
• Expert Excel with Power Query; scalable, maintainable models.
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge; explain accounting implications to non-finance stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
