Director, FP&A (Revenue)

📋 Description

• Own the revenue plan: set bookings, ARR and revenue targets and translate them into quotas and
• Lead company-wide revenue forecast cycle in partnership with GTM Operations
• Prepare scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support GTM planning and Sales leadership
• Partner with Finance and GTM leadership during the annual planning cycle
• Build and maintain financial models that link GTM drivers to financial outcomes
• Develop executive-level dashboards and deliver trusted weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue operations, sales finance or a related
• Hands-on experience designing sales commission and incentive plans, and administering them in a
• Deep experience with revenue reporting and forecasting: targets, pipeline and commit management
• Advanced financial modeling skills, plus experience with planning software (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive
• Strong command of Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and an understanding of SaaS and fintech
• Proven ability to build and scale processes, systems and controls across a go-to-market organization
