📋 Description

• Own and operate the internal creative studio as a center of excellence for brand and demand.
• Define and evolve the Freshworks visual brand across formats and channels.
• Lead creative across campaigns, assets, presentations, events, video, and sales collateral.
• Build scalable operations: workflows, briefs, PM systems, and quality reviews.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure on-brand, impactful creative.
• Drive AI-assisted design adoption to accelerate production and expand capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in creative direction or in-house leadership with 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio across digital, campaigns, and product marketing.
• Deep knowledge of visual design, art direction, motion, and business impact.
• B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience making complex products clear.
• Proven ability to build and scale in-house creative functions, operations, and teams.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted design tools.
