📋 Description

• Lead a global data science team across Dublin, London, and US hubs.
• Own analytics ops: recurring analysis, experiments, and AI deployment.
• Set technical direction for analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML projects.
• Drive causal inference and A/B testing to improve player value.
• Partner with product, commercial, and marketing to shape data-driven solutions.
• Champion best practices in AI/ML engineering and cloud-native development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data science/advanced analytics with large, multi-dimensional datasets.
• People-management experience growing teams of analysts and data scientists.
• Deep hands-on tech across Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong fluency in AI/ML including Claude/LLMs and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• End-to-end AI/ML lifecycle: research, prototyping, deployment, MLOps, monitoring.
