📋 Description

• Set and manage team performance targets focused on maximizing adoption and profitability
• Hire and performance manage people managers and individual contributors across your organization
• Spearhead opportunities to expand Reachdesk's gifting and merchandise options across different
• Manage a strategic roadmap of new opportunities to optimize and develop your teams performance both
• Create automations, calculators, and playbooks that enable consistent best practices across your
• Develop clear best practices for how your teams services are sold by other members of the Reachdesk

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years experience or more as a leader and people manager in the Project Management or Branded
• Experience working with or working at a 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse
• Expertise with WMS systems or other relevant ordering, process and fulfillment systems
• A degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is ideal
• Expertise using business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Zoho, Sisense, or PowerBI for
• Confident presenting in front of clients and conveying concepts to non-experts
