📋 Description

• Lead Obesity, Metabolic & Specialty Alliances across discovery, development, and
• Manage governance, Joint Steering Committees, and data-driven alliance decisions.
• Provide strategic insights on alliance health, opportunities, and risks to guide leadership.
• Support business development and due diligence for new collaborations; represent AbbVie at
• Drive transparent processes and operational excellence within global alliances.
• Promote a partnering culture and AbbVie as a partner of choice in biopharma.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in pharmaceutical development, commercialization, alliance management, or
• Education: Advanced scientific, legal, or business degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, JD, MBA, or equivalent).
• Strategic acumen: analytical thinking, risk management, and the ability to translate strategy into
• Communication: exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management at VP/executive levels.
• Leadership: proactive, self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration in global matrixed organizations.
