📋 Description

• Lead the global commodity management function across direct materials, special processes
• Manage, mentor, and develop Regional Commodity Managers, establishing consistent global sourcing
• Develop and implement global commodity strategies that balance customer demand, manufacturing
• Direct global sourcing activities, supplier selection, and complex commercial negotiations
• Drive measurable cost savings, productivity improvements, working-capital optimisation, and
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships through executive business reviews, performance

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, with
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in aerospace procurement, strategic
• A minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing geographically distributed
• Demonstrated global aerospace sourcing experience covering direct materials, special processes
• A proven track record of developing global commodity strategies, negotiating complex commercial
• Advanced knowledge of aerospace supplier qualification and performance management, including
