  • Lead the yearly global pay cycle: merit, equity, and incentives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive compensation in global organizations.
  • Experience leading a global compensation function.
  • Technical expertise in base pay, STI, LTI, executive comp.
  • Strong governance and enterprise compensation strategy experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional worldwide projects.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CCP preferred.
