📋 Description

• Lead transformation of a revenue-generating training organization across US and Germany.
• Reimagine design, packaging, delivery, and scaling of training; modernize curriculum strategy and
• Build a globally distributed team and drive change across continents.
• Champion automation, AI-assisted content development, and digital-first delivery models.
• Align transformation with company growth priorities and secure cross-functional sponsorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer education, training, enablement, or related field with people leadership.
• Proven change leadership: vision-setting, stakeholder alignment, driving adoption.
• Experience owning revenue or P&L for a service/product line.
• Knowledge of instructional design across ILT/vILT and eLearning.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Docebo or equivalent) and CRM/ERP-adjacent systems.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and working across time zones/cultures.

🎁 Benefits

• Confidential compensation with range $115,000 - $140,000 annually (USD).
