📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies and nurture long-term relationships.
• Prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and strategic communications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align donor priorities.
• Lead fundraising operations, CRM data integrity, and gift processing.
• Coordinate donor events and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fundraising, donor relations, and partnerships.
• Strong written communications: grants, reports, exec messaging.
• Excellent project management across international teams.
• English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Remote, global work experience and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Valid work authorization in country; visa sponsorship not available.
• Advantage: experience in large nonprofit networks.
