📋 Description

• Manage and grow donor portfolio across corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
• Prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and strategic communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align donor priorities.
• Lead fundraising ops: CRM data, donor records, gift processing, workflows.
• Coordinate donor events and cross-functional projects; support budgeting and reporting.
• Analyze fundraising performance and donor metrics to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fundraising, donor relations, and partnerships.
• Grant writing, donor reports, and strategic messaging expertise.
• Excellent project management with cross-functional, international teams.
• Strong English communication; simplify complex information.
• Experience with CRMs (prefer Salesforce) and fundraising data.
• Must have valid work authorization; remote, global; no visa sponsorship.
