Director, Global Engineering Programs (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Provide project management, direction and oversight to the Global Engineering Programs department.
• Coordinate facility and utility projects to ensure adherence to AbbVie Standards and Specifications.
• Develop resource plans for approved projects and make recommendations regarding use of internal
• Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with external engineering and construction
• Manage and leverage common engineering systems.
• Accountable for all processes, policies and procedures related to Capital and Facilities Planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree: Engineering or Architecture.
• Masters Degree: Master of Management or Master in Business Administration, preferred.
• 10-15 years experience as Manager, Project Engineering required.
