Oversee global field/service and instrument manufacturing teams for GMP instruments
Use data analytics to improve response times and reliability
Ensure GMP/compliance; coordinate with quality and regulatory teams
Set KPIs/OKRs and monitor performance; drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

BS in engineering; MBA/MS/PhD preferred
10+ years in field service/manufacturing/ops with 5+ years leadership
Experience in GMP-regulated industries; FDA/ISO familiarity
Strong technical knowledge of complex instrumentation in GMP settings
Proven global team leadership and cross-functional project management
Lean/continuous improvement (Six Sigma/Kaizen) and process automation
