Director, Global Human Resources (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Core HR, managing and developing a small global team.
• Build trusted relationships and serve as a senior HR business partner to directors and executive
• Guide managers through sensitive staff relations matters, workplace concerns, conflict, performance
• Oversee the staff lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Lead core HR programs and operations, including compensation and bonus administration, policies
• Manage global benefits and well-being programs, including broker and provider relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in an HR leadership role.
• Experience supporting a global workforce.
• Broad HR generalist experience across staff relations, benefits, compensation, performance
• Experience leading and developing HR staff.
• Experience overseeing or contributing to Learning & Development programs.
• Strong HR systems, reporting, and process-improvement experience.
