• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with 10+ years in pharma/biotech or strategic consulting.
• 6+ years in strategic analytics, insights, or market research with demonstrated impact on decisions.
• Experience supporting pipeline and portfolio decisions, ideally in oncology.
• Expertise in primary market research and secondary analytics; able to synthesize data into
