• Lead Peloton's global instructor development strategy, casting, and Talent Producer org from New
• Define global standards, frameworks, and best practices for instructor development across markets.
• Partner cross-functionally to align with content and instructor strategy at the SVP level.
• Oversee global casting architecture, audition criteria, talent pipelines, and onboarding for new
• Coach and develop the New York Talent Producer team; evolve them into long-term development coaches.
• Ensure equitable audition standards and diverse representation across modalities and markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading talent development, casting, or performance coaching at scale.
• Proven success leading creative or talent development teams.
• Significant experience in instructor/on-camera talent development, casting, and coaching.
• Strong brand development, performance coaching, and talent strategy understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Strategic thinker who can scale development programs while balancing creative and business needs.
