• Lead development and execution of standardized transition strategies and operating models across
• Design frameworks for transition planning, assessment, execution, change mgmt, risk, &
• Identify and scale opportunities aligning resources, workflows, and priorities for efficiency and
• Drive consistency by reducing variation, improving productivity and quality.
• Develop capacity planning frameworks aligning resources with demand and onboarding needs.
• Establish governance, service frameworks, and decision processes across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in operations, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience across global, cross-functional, offshore/nearshore models.
• Proven ability to design operating models, governance, and performance systems.
• Strong workforce planning and capability-building experience.
• Experience leading complex transformation with multiple stakeholders.
