Director, Global Logistics & Trade Compliance

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end logistics and spend optimization, including regional execution, network capacity
• Manage trade compliance and regulatory risk, including compliant import/export, customs, and
• Enable global market expansion by architecting and deploying proactive IOR/EOR playbooks and
• Strengthen cross-functional RACI and governance by partnering with corporate Tax, Legal, Supply
• Scale global operations and KPI analytics by implementing Lean processes, global trade management

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise directing multi-regional logistics networks, freight forwarding, and 3PL performance
• Deep operational knowledge of import/export regulations, customs classification, valuation, and
• Proven ability to partner with corporate Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams to mitigate tariff risks
• Command of supply chain analytics, KPI scorecards, and enterprise platforms (ERP/MRP/GTM, with SAP
• Location: primarily in-office; expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office.
