• Develop and implement the global People Systems strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in HRIS with significant Workday experience.
• Global HRIS implementations and analytics leadership.
• Workday configuration, implementation, reporting.
• AI adoption and transformation.
• HRIS project management.
