Director, Global PMO

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day Global PMO as a COE + Execution team; translate enterprise and OXT priorities
• Lead or oversee high-priority cross-functional programs such as territory launches, pricing
• Establish fit-for-purpose governance forums, RAID management, decision pathways, escalation
• Maintain a transparent, fact-based view of the PMO portfolio covering priorities, progress
• Define and continuously improve common project and program-management methodologies, templates
• Build strong partnerships across Regional teams, Content, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in program/project management, business operations, strategy
• 5+ years of experience managing program managers.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling global programs, operating models, or PMO frameworks
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream programs from ambiguity through
• Deep expertise in integrated planning, program governance, portfolio management, RAID management
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, analytical synthesis, and stakeholder-management
