📋 Description

• Facilitates and drives cross-functional team effectiveness across the Asset Strategy Team by
• Proactively identify, communicate, and manage asset and disease level risks and subsequent
• Acts as the “COO” for the asset. Serves as the strategic thought partner to the ASL and Asset
• Serves as the strategic enabler of the Asset Team (AST), continuously driving value by optimizing
• Coaches and mentors Deliverable Team PM (DTPMs) and Project Planners to high performing project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant scientific, business, or technical field
• 4-6+ years of experience in a variety of roles and associated teams in the pharmaceutical/biotech
• Minimum of 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in a core function (Program Management
• Demonstrated growth in strategic thinking, leadership, and strategic communication, with the
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management practices in the pharmaceutical industry
