• Facilitates and drives cross-functional team effectiveness across the Asset Strategy Team by
• Proactively identify, communicate, and manage asset and disease level risks and subsequent
• Acts as the chief operating officer for the asset, serving as strategic thought partner to the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant scientific, business, or technical field
• 4-6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry (research & development
• Minimum of 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in a core function (Program Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor messaging to different levels
• Demonstrated knowledge of program management practices in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with global teams in the pharmaceutical industry
