📋 Description

• Drive cross-functionalAsset Strategy Team effectiveness; translate strategies into asset-level
• Identify and manage asset and disease level risks; ensure timely reporting and maintain timelines
• Act as COO for the asset; synthesize inputs across strategic deliverables into aligned decisions
• Enable Asset Team performance; streamline cross-stakeholder communications; develop strategic
• Coach Deliverable Team PMs and Project Planners to meet high PM standards and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, business, or technical field.
• 4-6+ years in pharma/biotech with expertise in one or more therapeutic areas.
• Minimum 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in core functions (Program Management
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills; ability to articulate strategy
• Knowledge of program management practices in the pharmaceutical industry; experience with global
• Preferred: late-stage drug development experience and participation on a launch team.
