📋 Description

• Lead regional security strategy, governance, and execution across the Regions for manufacturing
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and controls aligned
• Provide leadership for crisis management preparedness and response in assigned region, including
• Facilitates business continuity planning for security-related risks and ensure appropriate
• Direct regional security staffing strategy, including contractor management, resource planning, and
• Partner with site leadership, operations, legal, compliance, HR, EHS, and other key stakeholders to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in security related roles leading regional or multi-country
• Law enforcement security operations experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, biopharma, or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contractors, and complex cross-functional stakeholder
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and matrixed organizations.
