Director Global Trade Compliance

📋 Description

• Direct Hasbro's worldwide trade compliance strategy and risk management.
• Advise executive leadership on trade policy developments and regulatory changes.
• Lead a 12-person global team covering tariff classification, origin, valuation, brokers, screening.
• Develop and govern programs like CTPAT, ISA, AEO, and denied party screening.
• Coordinate audits, investigations, and corrective action across regions.
• Partner with Sourcing, Logistics, Tax, Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit to embed compliance and drive efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in international trade compliance at a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree or Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) credential.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in U.S. Customs regulations, WTO valuation, HTS, origin rules.
• Experience with trade management systems, automation, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic compliance initiatives.
