📋 Description

• Lead enterprise transformation across Ripple Treasury from ideation to delivery.
• Define program scope, metrics, and governance with senior leaders.
• Own roadmaps: plans, dependencies, risks, and resolution.
• Champion change management: communications, training, adoption.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable work with clear ownership.
• Provide executive status updates to steering committees.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior role.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs (tech or financial services).
• Strong collaboration with executives and peers; credible leadership.
• Process design and systems-thinking; map current-to-future state.
• Comfort partnering with product, engineering, and operations (non-technical).
• PM tooling: Asana, Jira, Smartsheet; data tools Looker/Tableau; AI tools a plus.
