• Own key relationships with major financial institutions, government agencies, regulatory bodies

🎯 Requirements

• 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, with five years in
• Experience in leading large-scale organizational change management or complex platform
• Expertise in one or more financial services products, including digital payments, consumer lending
• Experience managing and extracting value from multi-layered business structures, with a focus on
• Deep experience in navigating regulatory landscapes during high-growth, high-stakes periods, with
• Advanced degree from a reputable institution is an asset but not a prerequisite.
