📋 Description

• Own growth tech ecosystem integrating CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, and
• Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead scoring, routing, personalization, and campaign
• Develop measurement frameworks and data models to track attribution and pipeline velocity.
• Prototype internal tools and AI agents to test ideas and scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and execs to translate goals into growth programs.
• Lead scalable marketing operations and GTM engineering talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, revenue operations, marketing engineering, or similar GTM tech roles (B2B SaaS
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, automation platforms, and agent tech.
• Strong Python, SQL, APIs, CRM data models, and data environments (e.g., Jupyter).
• Deep understanding of GTM platforms: CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment
• Experience building scalable growth systems focusing on pipeline, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, independent, and able to drive continuous improvement.
