Director, Growth Products

📋 Description

• Own performance and expansion of products that support customer acquisition, lead generation
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through new products, product enhancements
• Partner with Engineering and Marketing to deploy and modify products that create measurable
• Develop business cases for new product investments and growth initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, marketplace dynamics, and operational workflows to
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in digital acquisition channels or eCommerce. Cart optimization
• Demonstrated track record of building and/or deploying products or capabilities that drove
• Strong product instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and
• Experience owning products from concept through launch, partnering closely with Engineering
• Experience designing and executing experiments, A/B tests, or iterative product improvements to
