Director, GTM Finance

📋 Description

• Own the GTM P&L end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, and CS
• Drive unit economics and growth funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, payback)
• Own ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity, deal economics, and pricing
• Build monthly/quarterly GTM reporting for execs and Board
• Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and scale GTM finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A/strategic finance at complex orgs
• Deep GTM partnering with Sales/Marketing/CS
• Comfortable with SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC, LTV
• Proven AI adoption in finance workflows
• Led and developed finance professionals
• Strong Excel; NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain experience
