📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional GTM programs from concept to market
• Build and scale initiatives across retail and digital channels
• Create processes and cadence for execution and measurement
• Partner with Studio, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Insights
• Manage GTM enablement toolkit and launch cadence
• Drive customer engagement and commercial growth

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leader in go-to-market or launch program management
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Strong analytics: build performance frameworks and dashboards
• Proficient with BI, analytics tooling, SQL, Python
• Experience with launch governance and operating cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR)
• Familiarity with hobby/TCG retail ecosystems
