  • Own core sales ops: lead mgmt, territory design, pipeline governance, and opportunity mgmt.
  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and automation to raise data quality and seller productivity.
  • Lead territory planning, account ownership, and fiscal planning to align coverage.
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline commercial ops: RFPs, security reviews, and deal workflows.
  • Establish metrics, reporting, and governance to boost visibility and performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team to drive GTM growth.

  • 10+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Ops, or related in high-growth tech.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in sales systems, process design, territory planning, pipeline management, and scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills with Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and other ops tooling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to navigate ambiguity and priorities.
  • Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels; able to influence senior leaders.
