📋 Description

• Translate strategy into scalable GTM capabilities and architecture.
• Design future-state operating models to simplify work and improve experiences.
• Eliminate complexity; standardize processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with executives to shape Freshworks' GTM organization.
• Own the GTM tech ecosystem roadmap; integrate Salesforce with adjacent platforms.
• Build AI-ready platform with AI-powered workflows and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Ops, or Enterprise Architecture in SaaS.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystem; end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability to design scalable operating models connecting people, process, data, and tech.
• Strong GTM process knowledge across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partners.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, automation, APIs, and data architecture.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into tech roadmaps and architecture.
