Director, Head of Global Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead global procurement strategy across the company, prioritizing CRO/R&D spend.
• Partner with Clinical Ops, R&D, Legal, IT to design RFP/RFI processes.
• Implement risk assessment and dual/multi-sourcing where appropriate.
• Lead vendor management and supplier governance to drive performance.
• Oversee contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs) with Legal and external parties.
• Build procurement policies, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree and/or professional procurement cert (MCIPS/CPSM) or MBA desirable.
• Deep experience in strategic sourcing and global biopharma procurement.
• Proven CRO and clinical vendor contract negotiation/management.
• Experience designing/optimizing procurement systems and SRM frameworks.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and spend data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.
