• Extensive leadership experience within technical areas from industrial activities, technical
• Experience leading through other managers, preferably in a geographically dispersed organization
• Documented experience with business, result, and operational responsibility
• Good understanding of complex industrial projects, technical deliveries, and client-focused project
• Experience working closely with customers, senior decision makers, and in management teams
• Ability to develop the organization, leaders, offering, and market position over time
