📋 Description

• Develop project models, governance principles and working methods for large EPC, EPCM and
• Act as sponsor, advisor and/or steering group resource in major key projects.
• Strengthen project culture, project competence and business-oriented project execution through the
• Strengthen collaboration between segments, divisions and international project environments.
• Actively contribute to the strategic development of AFRY Industry Sweden through management group

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience from larger project operations within industry, e.g. from consulting
• Experience from large EPC, EPCM and/or industrial technology projects with technical, commercial
• Strong understanding of project management, project controls, risk management, cost control
• Experience in leading and developing PMO, Project Delivery, Project Services, Project Controls or
• Experience in leading managers, senior specialists or cross-functional project organizations.
