Director & Head of PMO

📋 Description

• Develop project models, governance principles, and working methods for large EPC, EPCM, and
• Act as sponsor, advisor, and/or steering committee resource in larger key projects
• Strengthen project culture, project competence, and professional project execution through the PMO
• Strengthen collaboration across segments, divisions, and international project environments
• Actively contribute to the strategic development of AFRY Industry Sweden through management team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large industrial projects, e.g., consulting, EPC/EPCM, or industry client
• Experience with major EPC, EPCM, or industrial technology projects with technical, commercial, and
• Strong understanding of project management, project controls, risk management, cost control
• Experience leading and developing PMO, Project Delivery, Project Services, Project Controls, or
• Experience leading managers, senior specialists, or cross-functional project organizations
• Comfortable working closely with clients, business, steering committees, and senior leadership
