📋 Description

  • Lead retrospective cohort studies using real-world data (claims, EHR, SDOH).
  • Develop research proposals, study protocols, and analyses with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as HEOR SME, guiding research initiatives and business opportunities.
  • Analyze findings; interpret results; oversee reports and presentations.
  • Manage multiple research projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate project teams, define resources, track progress, remove barriers.
  • Build relationships with clients; identify opportunities for new engagements.
  • Provide consulting to translate healthcare data into actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in HEOR, pharmacoeconomics, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years in healthcare with HEOR, observational research, and real-world data.
  • At least 3 years managing complex projects, incl. planning, budgeting, timelines.
  • Strong consulting, client engagement, translating research into business recommendations.
  • Experience evaluating outcomes and presenting insights in reports and exec presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
  • Strong PM, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SharePoint preferred.
  • IRB processes experience is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative; build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
