Director - Health & Safety

📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Safety Specialists and Safety Coordinators responsible for
• Establish and maintain safety protocols and hazard controls tailored to material handling, storage
• Partner with utility clients, host-facility operators, and plant management to align safety
• Monitor leading and lagging safety indicators across multiple sites, identify performance gaps, and
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses using Human Performance principles or similar

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and practical experience managing industrial material-handling
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop site-level safety teams, including Safety
• Experience leading incident investigations and root-cause analyses using Human and Organizational
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to communicate safety

🎁 Benefits
