Director, HEOR (Contract)

📋 Description

• Oversees design and execution of multiple HEOR programs; communicates findings to executives, HTAs
• HEOR strategy lead interfacing with cross-functional brand teams
• Shape global development strategy for new or marketed products; contribute to Long Range Plan
• Lead high-quality HEOR programs aligning with ethical, scientific, regulatory, commercial, and
• Develop and execute product life cycle and labeling strategies in post-marketing settings
• Ensure end-to-end HEOR delivery and strong partnership with HEOR COE functions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS)
• Minimum ten years with Master’s; seven years with PhD; health field training a plus
• Ophthalmology/Retina experience required
• Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development for pipeline and on-market support
• Ability to navigate uncharted territory and complex regulations; provide compliant solutions
• Creative problem-solving across priorities, resources, and projects
