📋 Description

• Oversees design and conduct of HEOR programs across multiple assets
• Leads HEOR strategy for cross-functional brand teams
• Develops global development strategy and contributes to Long Range Plan
• Drives execution of HEOR programs for pipeline and on-market products
• Develops product life-cycle and labeling strategies post-marketing
• Accountable for end-to-end HEOR book of work delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS) in Economics, Econometrics, or pharmacoepidemiology
• 10+ years experience with Master's, 7+ years with PhD
• Experience leading complex products or clinical development in pharma
• Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape
• Proven leadership in cross-functional global team environment
• High goal-orientation with creative problem-solving skills
