📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor office team with day-to-day operations.
• Own office performance across service, quality, people, growth, and finances using BAYADA metrics.
• Use dashboards to monitor staffing, service delivery, credentialing, referrals, and finances.
• Drive new business through rehab, assisted living, independent living, and hospitals.
• Build and lead a cohesive team; foster CSMs-nursing collaboration.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and staff to ensure quality service.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in home care or healthcare operations; strong leadership matters.
• Strong experience supervising, developing, and supporting teams.
• Concierge-level client service, building relationships from private-pay to Medicaid.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly.
• Comfortable using data, dashboards, and reports to drive action.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and partners.
