Director, Hospice

📋 Description

• Lead the New Jersey Burlington County Hospice (NBH) office in Pennsauken, NJ with a hands-on
• Oversee office performance across service, quality, people, growth, and finance using BAYADA
• Partner with clinical/operational leaders to ensure safe, high-quality hospice care for clients and
• Build relationships with referral sources, physicians, facilities, and community partners to drive
• Use reports and dashboards to monitor admissions, service delivery, staffing, and financial trends.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, development, and retention of office and field leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in hospice, home care, healthcare operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience supervising and developing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a dynamic setting.
• Comfort using data, dashboards, and reports to drive action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, families, referral partners, and
