Director, HR Business Partner - Revenue

📋 Description

• Develop understanding of business unit strategy and people needs.
• Partner with leaders to build a workforce plan and talent strategy.
• Guide leaders on total rewards decisions aligned to business needs.
• Drive talent management: performance, succession, and development planning.
• Educate leaders to have strong, confident talent conversations.
• Advise on team structure and role design; lead end-to-end change.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience; 5+ years as senior HRBP/HR leader.
• 3+ years people leadership, ideally managing other HRBPs.
• Bachelor's degree; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and org design.
• Fluency with compensation strategy and connecting total rewards to business context.
• Workday required; Knoetic, Peakon, G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom a plus.
