📋 Description

• Proactively identify and champion innovative ideas to transform HR processes by leveraging emerging
• Define and execute the HR & Legal technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap in partnership
• Act as a strategic technology partner to HR and Legal leaders, shaping priorities, investment
• Lead the implementation, modernization, integration, and ongoing evolution of enterprise
• Help establish a clear portfolio strategy across core platforms, business-owned applications
• Drive end-to-end transformation from current-state assessment and business capability mapping

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology, business applications, digital
• Proven success leading complex implementations and transformations across enterprise HR and Legal
• Experience translating business strategy into technology strategy, multi-year roadmaps, investment
• Strong understanding of HR technology domains such as HCM, talent, recruiting, compensation
• Strong understanding of Legal technology domains such as legal service delivery, contract lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and build trusted
