Director, HRBP Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description

• Maintain and operationalize all HR systems and processes in our Fulfillment Centers- including but
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of HRBPs, HR Coordinators, and Administrators.
• Lead key initiatives positively impacting Rent the Runway’s broader culture and supporting People
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle and engagement across our two fulfillment centers ensuring
• Oversee complex employee relations issues with professionalism and integrity in close partnership
• Serve as a thought partner and decision-maker with Site Leadership and People Operations teams on

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree with over 8 years of management experience in Human Resources, including demonstrable
• HR leadership experience within a center of excellence model, supporting large operations
• Essential experience in supporting sizeable non-exempt employee populations (hundreds of employees).
• Experience managing dispersed teams across both physical and remote locations.
• Strong analytical skills, HR Analytics, Workday, Excel, and Google Suite proficiency, and proven
• Proven track record in successfully launching effective HR policies and procedures and building
