📋 Description

• Define and execute the HR Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary HR team spanning HR operations, business partnering, and
• Coach, mentor, and empower HR professionals and managers, fostering a collaborative
• Oversee the HR operating model, including HR administration, service delivery, HRIS, technology
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through AI, automation, and technology adoption
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy and administration, including salary structures, market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations, HR business partnering, or
• At least 5 years of senior management experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing compensation and benefits programs, including plan
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, with demonstrated experience
• Proven experience managing employee relations, including workplace investigations, conflict
