Director I, Precision Medicine Neuroscience

📋 Description

• Lead the development of precision medicine strategies for late-stage to Ph3 programs
• Build precision medicine approaches including fluid biomarkers, digital methods, and imaging
• Serve as a precision medicine expert on cross-functional teams to influence decisions
• Collaborate as a strong team player while defending precision medicine approaches when needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of biology and technology related to projects
• Communicate scientific information effectively to upper management

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in science with 10+ years of experience, neuroscience preferred
• Experience in pharma/biotech R&D focusing on neuroscience
• Proven agility and willingness to learn
• Extensive experience on cross-functional teams and ability to influence
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to senior leadership
• Ability to defend and advocate precision medicine approaches when needed
