📋 Description

• Leads and develops a team focused on the planning, delivery, and optimization of our end-to-end
• Partners with CLCM and functional leaders to align on strategy and ensure effective delivery of SCE
• Oversees progress of process and change management delivery, including design of roles and

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industry preferred
• Experience in a leadership role with strong management skills in a complex matrix environment
