📋 Description

• Champion Inventory & Quality: Drive inventory control and QA across the FC network.
• Resolve operational failures: root causes of shipping errors and damage.
• Lead strategic initiatives: draft program whitepapers on business impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with CX, software, and fulfillment teams.
• Analyze & model data: model data for reporting on inventory accuracy and FC performance.
• Optimize P&L: provide data-driven recommendations to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Deploy standardized processes: implement SOPs across the network.
• Executive communication: present strategies and metrics to senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Core Experience: 5+ years in fulfillment or ops leadership (e-commerce, inventory control, QA).
• Process & Financial Acumen: manage complex processes, deploy quality programs, optimize costs.
• Technical & Analytical Proficiency: model data, Excel, and SQL or similar DB languages.
• Executive Communication: cross-organizational communication; present recommendations; navigate ambiguity.
• Self-Driven Execution: highly organized; drive results with minimal oversight; MBA a plus.
